Meghan Darling ( DS’13)

 

Meghan is a senior student in the equine massage therapy program. She is a hardworking individual who strives to learn and succeed in this challenging program. She has been nominated by the staff for her friendliness and punctuality.

Meghan is also fond of other four legged creatures including her kitten Luna and her dog Maya. She enjoys Western riding for the “comfy saddles” and is enjoying working with an adorable Standardbred mare for her Case Study on Lumbar Myositis. You should ask her about her progress!

Christina Shorey ( S’14)

 Christina has been nominated by the staff for her hardworking and conscientious manner here at D’Arcy Lane. They have described her as a very courteous person who is well liked by her peers. She always conducts herself in a professional manner both in and out of the classroom. All of these qualities will make her an excellent Massage therapist in the future!

Olivia Holland ( DS’13)

Olivia was nominated by her instructors for her hard work and dedication. She has shown her commitment to learning both in the classroom and at the barn. Olivia has a warm and friendly personality that shines through in her day to day interactions in the school.

Olivia has also considered furthering her education after graduating from the Equine program and we wish her luck in all of her future endeavours.

The D’Arcy Lane Student Newsletter!

D’Arcy Lane is happy to announce the creation of the D’Arcy Lane Student Newsletter, created by the students for the students. Feeling a need for a forum to enable our students to further connect with one another, to share information and help to grow our community, the decision to create a student run Newsletter was born. Tara, a first year student of D’Arcy Lane’s Human Massage Program, who also has a background in graphics and printing, took on a leadership and organizational role in ensuring this Newsletter was generated. Colin Jackson – Fascial Stretch Therapist
